1) Can i pay using my credit card instead of PayPal?

Yes you can. In fact PayPal itself has a built in feature that allows you to make payments via your credit card. Once you have added items from into your shopping cart, proceed to “Checkout” using the PayPal option. PayPal will bring you to a page that looks like this.

2) Why is there no price information listed for many of your products?
This is because we carry multiple products in hundreds of different variations. So it will not be possible to list down the pricing for every variation we can offer. For example even a company logo can either be engraved, imprinted or embossed on an item and the colors & complexity of the logo would also have an impact on the ultimate price.

So it will be best that you tell us your requirements and we tailor make our quotation based on those criteria.

3) I tried ordering an item in the Budget Corner, but it is out of stock. When will you replenish your stock?
Unfortunately items in the Budget corner are only available in limited quantities. And we are not usually able to get the same stock again into our inventory unless it is made available to us. We suggest that you sign up on our mailing list (on our homepage) as soon as you can, to be kept informed about the latest items in our Budget Corner. We will
also let you know when we restock Budget Corner items that have sold out.
4) I am the founder of a new company. I need to order some corporate gifts but do not have a company logo as yet. Will you be able to design a company logo.
Absolutely yes! We have produced corporate gifts for many start-ups in the past and have helped in creating their logo for a nominal design fee based on their requirements. So just let us know and we would be glad to help. Here are some recent logo design samples created by our designers.
5) I have received a quotation from How long are the prices in the quotation valid for?
Prices stated in quotations presented to our clients are valid for 7-days. This is because just like any company we are also subject to changes in the global market conditions and the changes in prices of factors of production like labrour, raw material etc. The only way to secure the pricing currently on offer is to sign our Confirmation Invoice and return the form to us. We can then secure the materials needed immediately.

Once you have sent the signed Confirmation Invoice back to us, even if raw material prices move up in the ensuing weeks, you will still be able to enjoy the prices offered to you earlier.
